PAYMENTS AND PROCESSING OF INVOICES

Stitch Patches. has the sole description to provide the terms of payment. Unless otherwise agreed, payment must first be received by Stitch Patches. prior to the latter’s acceptance of an order. Unless credit term has been agreed upon, payment for the products shall be made by credit card, PayPal, or electronic check. Invoices are due and payable within the time period noted on your invoice, measured from the date of the invoice. Unless otherwise noted, all invoices are required to be paid to start production on custom products. An order may be invoiced separately. Stitch Patches has all the discretion to cancel or deny orders. Stitch Patches. is not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors in any offer by Stitch Patches. and reserves the right to cancel any orders arising from such errors. For all but consumer purchases, Stitch Patches. reserves the right to charge you a late penalty charge of 1% per month applied against undisputed overdue amounts or the maximum rate permitted by law whichever is less. Every 30 days thereafter, you will continue to be charged an additional late penalty charge.

Pricing and Currency

UK Pound (GBP £) are used to list all prices.
Value Added Tax, or VAT, is included in all prices at the appropriate rate.
Without prior warning, prices are subject to change.

Payment in full is required for all orders at the time of purchase. Order confirmation will only be sent after payment has been received and processed.

Delivery

We charge $for shipping on all orders placed within the United Kingdom.
Orders are processed from Monday through Friday in two to three business days.
Usually, delivery happens in five to seven business days.
The couriers are FedEx, TNT, and DHL.
There are no additional costs; all shipping costs are finalized at checkout.

Cancellations of Orders

Please email sales@stitchpatches.co.uk within 24 hours of placing your order if you would like to cancel. Your order might have already been processed and dispatched beyond this time.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept exchanges and returns within 30 days of delivery.
Everything must be brand-new, unused, and still in its original tags and packaging.
You can download return labels for free.

Refunds

After receiving returned goods, refunds are sent out within seven business days.
The original payment method is credited with the refund.
There are no restocking costs.
Product Information and Availability

We try our best to guarantee that all product information, costs, and pictures are correct. We do, however, reserve the right to fix any mistakes and, if necessary, to cancel or change orders.
