Payment conditions are at the exclusive discretion of Stitch Patches UK. Unless otherwise specified, Stitch Patches UK cannot accept an order until money has been received. Payment for the products must be made by credit card, PayPal, or electronic check unless a credit term has been agreed upon.
Invoices must be paid within the time frame specified on the invoice, measured from the invoice date. To begin production on special products, all invoices must be paid unless otherwise specified. Orders can have distinct invoices. Orders may be canceled or denied at Stitch Patches UK’s sole discretion.
Any typographical, price, or other errors in any of Stitch Patches UK’s offers are not the responsibility of the company, and it retains the right to cancel any orders that result from them. Stitch Patches UK retains the right to impose a late penalty charge of 1% per month on uncontested past-due amounts or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is lower, on all but consumer transactions. You will then continue to be assessed an extra late penalty charge every 30 days
Undamaged items may be returned for a complete refund within 30 days after purchase for any reason; bulk orders, however, might not qualify. (Note: Orders for customized products that total more than 100 pieces will be regarded as bulk orders.)
Due to the fact that many of our products are custom produced, each one may differ slightly from the print. It is natural and acceptable for a product to have minor aesthetic deviations, which are defined as those that are 5% or less. Please notify us within seven days after receiving the goods if it is defective or if you are not happy with them, and we would be pleased to help.
The questioned items must be returned to our office in order to be eligible for any kind of reimbursement. To schedule a pickup or obtain a return mailing label, please get in touch with your sales representative or our customer support staff. We will cover the cost of shipping back to our business.
Following receipt of the questioned items, we will check them for defects in manufacturing, color or design variations, and quality issues. Refunds will only be given if at least 6% of the products do not pass inspection. No matter if they are made either with advanced machinery or by hand embroidery. We will take appropriate action accordingly.
If goods are found to be within the 5% margin of error for products, we will ship them back to you and charge you the shipping costs for returning your goods to you.
If goods are found to be defective during our inspection, we will remake the products and ship the new products to you at no cost. Production time for remakes is usually 15-20 days unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
